| Instructions for Use: | HOW TO USE: Boil 2 cups of spring water and add 2-3 Tablespoons of Mullein. Allow it to steep for 15 mins Drink ONce or twice a day for best results. Drink plenty of filtered, spring, or distilled water throughout the day. It’s so important to BE CONSISTENT. It's okay if you miss a cup or 2 every now and then but it takes consistency to see results. You will not get the results you are looking for if you drink the tea once in a while. So be sure to commit to drinking the tea according to package instructions every day. This tea should be coupled with a healthy plant rich diet for best results. |
