This smoothie bowl is so delicious!  I ate it for breakfast. The flavors go together perfectly. So healthy and filling!

Preparing this bowl is a breeze. Start by adding the frozen bananas and blueberries to your high-speed blender (I used a Vitamix 5200).  If you don’t have a high-speed blender then use what you have. You may need to add a splash of almond milk or water to get it to blend but that is ok. Blend until creamy, then transfer the mixture to your bowl. Spread the smoothie evenly and place it in the freezer while you prepare the rest of your ingredients.  Chop your mango, slice your banana, and chop your walnuts. Once you’re done, retrieve your bowl from the freezer and layer your ingredients in the bowl-mango, banana, walnuts, and shredded coconut. Voila, your delicious and healthy smoothie bowl is ready to be enjoyed!

INGREDIENTS

2 ripe frozen bananas

½ cup wild blueberries (if you don’t have wild please use any variety.)

½ mango chopped

½ banana sliced

½ tablespoon shredded coconut

½ tablespoon chopped walnuts
