| Instructions for Use: | Mix 1 rounded teaspoon in 2 to 3 oz of spring, distilled, or filtered water or juice then chase it with 16 oz of water twice per day on an empty stomach. Depending on how bad your condition is, you may need to increase your dosage. After 1 week with the recommended dose if you are not eliminating or feeling the effects of the herbs increase your dosage by 1 teaspoon per week until you have reached your desired elimination level. If you feel your body cleansing too much for your liking then decrease your dosage. Do not exceed 4 teaspoons twice per day. You can take this product for 2 months then take a break for 1 month and resume for another 2 months if needed. This herbal blend should be coupled with a healthy plant rich diet for best results. It’s so important to BE CONSISTENT. It's okay if you miss a dose or 2 every now and then but it takes consistency to see results. You will not get the results you are looking for if you take the product once in a while. So be sure to commit to taking the product according to package instructions every day.
