3 Greens Strawberry Cream Smoothie

- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup dandelion greens
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley
- 1 banana
- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 cups of almond milk or water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve. Makes 4 and 1/2 cups.
