Wild Berry Green Smoothie Recipe


In this recipe, I share with you how to make the Wild Berry Green Smoothie that is good for the heart and skin.  It’s anti-inflammatory and helps reverse symptoms of anemia.

Serves: 1

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Makes 42 oz.

INGREDIENTS

5 oz arugula or any other green you have on hand

½ fennel bulb

1 to 2 frozen bananas

2 cups wild blueberries

1 to 2 dates

1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 cups water
