Deep-Rooted Herbal Blends ensures routing the delivery of your product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should you fail to give the correct address, Deep-Rooted Herbal Blends or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a replacement or refund.
If your package never arrived to you, a claim must be submitted to the carrier prior to receiving a replacement. (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm) This pertains to lost, stolen, and missing packages. Once you file a claim it can take up to 2 weeks for a response from the carrier. When and/if the carrier accepts responsibility, we can provide a replacement or give you a store credit.
Deep-Rooted Herbal Blends does not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our products. We do understand that each person is unique and may have varying integrations regarding their experience, so we require you to ship back the unused portion of your herbs for a partial credit. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee as these are consumable products that you are purchasing, and we cannot and will not resell these consumables for safety reasons. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping back to our warehouse at 2920 Forestville Road, Suite 100 #3056, Raleigh NC 27616. The original and return shipping charges will not be credited.
We notify you 3 business days prior to your (recurring order) being packaged and shipped. Orders can be rescheduled via your online account before 12 PM EST the day your order is being packaged and shipped
If your package has been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition from our end, you have 3 business days from the time of delivery to notify us via email service@deeprootedherbalblends.com with adequate proof by picture/video. The evidence must show the entirety of the product or package in a compromised/incomplete condition. We'll then issue a store credit or replacement.
We are not responsible for refunds related to your shipping charges as the obligation to ship was fulfilled on our end. Please be mindful of your countries import restrictions.
If you received an incorrect item please email us at service@deeprootedherbalblends.com within 7 days of delivery to get your item replaced. Please include a picture of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice included in your package in the email. Please add INCORRECT ITEM in the subject line of the email. Once we receive this information we will send you a replacement.
If you did not receive an item please email us at service@deeprootedherbalblends.com within 7 days of delivery to get your item replaced. Please include a picture of the items you did receive and a picture of the invoice included in your package in the email. Please add MISSING ITEM in the subject line of the email. We need this information in order to send your missing product.
