- 3 cans black beans
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 avocado chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 to 2 vegetable bouillon cube
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin or coriander
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of one lime
- 2 to 3 cups water
- Add all ingredients to the pot. Mix well. Bring soup to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve.
