Welcome to What Chelsea Eats. This recipe is one I love. It is so rich and creamy and sweet. This is a great alternative to regular milk. It is great for smoothies, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and really whatever you like. As you will see from the video I like to just have a glass poured over some ice. It is very much a thirst quencher. I hope you enjoy.

- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring or extract
- Stevia to taste
- 4 and 1/4 cups of water
- Blend for 10 to 25 seconds depending on the blender until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
- Serve.
- Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
