Welcome to What Chelsea Eats! I am so sorry for my hiatus. In this video I am going to tell you all about it.
I have been continuing experiencing extreme fatigue - Mix of vitamin d and iron deficiencies.
Not enough energy or mental focus to shoot or edit videos.
I went on a trip to San Francisco - Business and Pleasure.
I do have footage that I will be putting together to share with you some of the things that I did while I was there. I didn't do nearly as much as I would have liked because of the way I was feeling.
Hair loss this week was even worse.
My eating has not been the best over these last few weeks. I didn't really feel like cooking much. Most of what I did is lay around and do nothing.
Iron Infusions yesterday - 7 1/2 hours long, mix was water, salt, sugar and iron - so I am swollen, I slept the whole day because they gave me 50 mg of Benadryl in case of an allergic reaction and 500 mg of Tylenol in case of fever.
I feel much better today. This is the first day in a long time that I have felt like exercising and actually working. The iron infusion helped.
I will see in 30 days where my levels are and they will tell me whether or not I will need to have another infusion. My gut says I will probably need 1 more.
Continuing to take vitamin d. I take 10,000 iu's per day and some days I take 15.000 iu's. I will have it checked in 30 days as well.
