How to Brew:

Bring 1 to 2 cups of filtered, spring, or distilled water to a boil in a glass or stainless steel pot. Turn off heat. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of herbs to water, cover, and allow to steep for at least 10 minutes. Strain and pour into your favorite mug and enjoy.

Instructions for Use:

Drink 1 cup to an hour before bed for best results. Drink plenty of filtered, spring, or distilled water throughout the day.

**This tea should be coupled with a healthy plant rich diet for best results.**
