Instructions for Use:	How to Brew Bring 10 to 12 oz of filtered, spring, or distilled water to a boil in a glass or stainless steel pot. Turn off heat. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the herb to water, cover, and allow to steep for at least 15 minutes. Strain and pour into your favorite mug and enjoy. Instructions for use: Drink 1 or more servings per day for best results. Drink plenty of filtered, spring, or distilled water throughout the day. It’s so important to BE CONSISTENT.
