Cook Quinoa: Start by cooking the quinoa if you haven’t already. Use a ratio of 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for about 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and let it cool to room temperature. You can also use leftover quinoa. CLICK HERE for video instructions for cooking quinoa the right way. Assemble the Bowl: In a serving bowl, place the cooked quinoa as the base. Mix mashed banana, cinnamon, chia seeds and almond milk with quinoa until well combined. Arrange the rest of the ingredients in the bowl to your liking. If you want to eat the bowl warm, add everything to a saucepan and heat to your liking. You can eat it at room temperature as well as cold. Serve and enjoy.
